Effective Date: August 30, 2026

Hockcloud Travel (“Hockcloud Travel,” “Hockcloud,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information entrusted to us.

This Privacy Policy explains how Hockcloud Travel may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information in connection with our website, travel-advisory services, travel reservations, communications, and related services.

If Hockcloud Travel or a service provider acting on our behalf collects or processes biometric information, we will do so only for legitimate purposes such as identity verification, fraud prevention, security, or compliance, and in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable law requires notice, consent, authorization, or other procedures before biometric information is collected or processed, Hockcloud Travel will follow those requirements.

Hockcloud Travel does not sell biometric information for monetary consideration.

Biometric information will not knowingly be used for unrelated purposes except where permitted or required by applicable law.

As a result, personal information may be processed or stored outside the United States.

Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in the United States.

By requesting international travel services, you acknowledge that providing necessary traveler information to foreign Suppliers and authorities may be required to fulfill your requested travel arrangements.

However, no website, electronic communication, internet transmission, payment system, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You acknowledge that electronic communications and internet-based services involve inherent security risks.

If Hockcloud Travel becomes aware of a security incident involving personal information, we will take reasonable steps required by applicable law.
